Membership in NCUSO is a voluntary covenant, not a commercial contract. By contributing to your chosen tier, you affirm your alignment with our spiritual principles and ancestral mission.
Membership Tiers
The Path to Governance
Establishing a sovereign organization requires both the proper Lawful Instruments and the Spiritual Wisdom to govern them. Our process ensures you are fully equipped before you receive your credentials.
How it Works:
Step 1: Application & Stewardship:
Complete the intake and provide the initial stewardship offering for your organizational documents.
Step 2: The 30-Day Trial & Training:
Upon enrollment, you are granted a 30-day sponsored membership. This gives you immediate, no-cost access to the Core Covenant Training.
Step 3: Certification:
You must complete the 45-day training mandate to verify your alignment with NCUSO protocols.
Step 4: Issuance of Authority:
Once certified, your customized Temple or Ministry documents will be finalized and delivered to your Private Registry.
Tier I: Ministry Fellowship
$49/mth ($25/mth Introductory for 1/yr)
Designed for the individual Spiritual Steward, Minister, or Practitioner who is establishing their mission under the protections of 508(c)(1)(A). This tier provides the foundational covering and spiritual alignment necessary to operate a private, unincorporated ministry with integrity and purpose.
What is Included:
Core Covenant Training: 45-day intensive to establish your spiritual and lawful foundation.
Administrative Alignment: Access to NCUSO templates for private ministry operations.
National Fellowship: Inclusion in the private network of spiritual stewards.
Ecclesiastical Protection: Recognition as an active member in good standing under the NCUSO umbrella.
Tier II: Temple Collective
$199/mth ($50/mth Introductory for 1/yr)
A high-level institutional covering for Temples, Indigenous Assemblies, and organizations managing complex private structures like Private Membership Associations (PMAs) and Private Trusts. This tier provides the 14-point administrative framework required to govern a sovereign spiritual community."

The 14-Point Mandate: Comprehensive training on governing a full institutional assembly.
PMA & Trust Stewardship: Specialized oversight and training for complex private legal structures.
Tribunal Mentorship: Direct access to the Council for administrative and spiritual guidance.
Institutional Covering: Advanced trust protections and governance protocols to preserve your legacy.
Notice of Conditional Issuance
The NCUSO does not sell 'paperwork.' We establish Covenants.
Therefore, all organizational documents...including Private Trusts and PMAs...are held in the Convention’s Private Registry and will only be finalized and released upon the successful completion of the Core Covenant Training.
Members have 45 days from the date of enrollment to satisfy this requirement. Failure to complete the training demonstrates a lack of alignment and may result in the suspension of the affiliation process.
