Declaration of Intent & Affiliation

To maintain the private jurisdiction of the NCUSO, all seekers must complete this intake to align with our Preamble and Constitution

Initiating Your Ministerial Affiliation

To begin your transition into the NCUSO spiritual network, please provide your foundational details below.

This intake allows our Council to identify your current organizational structure and determine the appropriate support path for your mission—whether as an Independent Ministry or a Sovereign Temple.

Your submission initiates the formal vetting process and the establishment of your private jurisdiction under our covering.

Type of Application

Auxiliary Ministries must complete the required Temple Initiations and Alignment Process before being eligible for this designation. At this time, only Independent Ministries and Independent Temples may apply.

The Impact

Please share your ministry or temple’s Divine Mandate and core objectives. This statement serves as your formal introduction to the NCUSO Registry and should address the following three pillars:

  1. The Vision: What is the specific spiritual mission or "Great Work" your entity is called to perform within your community?

  2. Cultural Alignment: How does your mission support the restoration and protection of Indigenous values and autonomous spiritual governance?

  3. The Commitment: Describe how you envision collaborating with the NCUSO fellowship to uplift the collective "charitable class" of our people.

Note: This statement will be held in our Private Archive as a record of your entity's founding intent.

Organizational Structure

Provide details about your current setup. Let us know if you have a team, an established location, or a structured plan. This section helps us assess your readiness for expansion and determine what support you may need to establish or formalize your ministry or temple.

Lawful and Administrative Readiness

This section focuses on your preparedness to meet legal and administrative requirements. Indicate whether you need assistance with unincorporation, nonprofit status, or compliance with regulations. Providing this information ensures we can tailor our services to your needs.

Spiritual Practices and Philosophy

Describe the spiritual foundation of your ministry or temple. Share your core practices, teachings, and ceremonies, as well as any traditions or lineages that influence your work. This section helps us understand your unique approach to spirituality and how it fits within the NCUSO network or as an independent entity.

Support and Resources

Let us know what specific support you require to grow or formalize your ministry or temple. For members, this includes access to exclusive resources like templates, training materials, and mentorship. Non-members may request consultation services for a separate fee. This section clarifies the benefits of membership and outlines your support needs.

Support and Resources

Applicants who maintain membership with NCUSO gain access to exclusive portals, tools, and resources designed to support the growth and development of their ministries or temples. These include:

  • Templates and guides for administrative and spiritual processes

  • Access to training materials, workshops, and recorded sessions

  • Community networking with other ministers and temple founders

  • Regular mentorship and check-ins from the NCUSO team

Non-Member Support
Applicants who do not join as members may still access consultation and documentation support, but fees will apply. These will be based on the level of complexity and time required.
